[phoenix] PQS

apache phoenix server에 접속하기 위해 jdbc 또는 sqlline을 사용할 수 있는 PQS(phoenix query server)가 있다.

ha를 구성하기 위해 ha_proxy를 사용할 수 있다. 쓸만할 것 같다.
