ssh - administratively prohibited: open failed

ssh tunning하고 rsync를 하다가 아래와 같은 에러를 보게 되었다. (필요하다면 strace를 보면 된다)

channel 1: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed

/etc/ssh/sshd_config 파일에 포워딩 기본 설정이 no로 되어 있다. yes로 바꾸면 동작한다.
