memory leak by replication

stop slave;
set global slave_parallel_workers=8; 
start slave;

top

in a while , you will notice the memory problem, you can also use the script bellow to watch the memory used by mysqld;

while true
do
  date >> ps.log
  ps aux | grep mysqld >> ps.log
  sleep 60
done

set the following three parameters may stop the leak:

master_info_repository=file
relay_log_info_repository=file
slave_parallel_workers=0
