The Overflow of Your Heart

Have you said something recently that you wish you hadn’t? The Bible says that your words reveal what’s going on inside of you. If you go around speaking negative words of defeat, putting others down, and complaining all the time, it’s a sign that you need to refocus your heart and mind. It’s a sign that your “overflow” is polluted. Our bodies work a lot like a computer. What you put on the hard drive of your heart will show up on the monitor of your mouth. The good news is that you can reprogram your mind the same way you can reprogram a computer. The Bible says that our minds are renewed—or reprogrammed—by the Word of God. The more you read and study His Word, the more it will transform you from the inside out. Start today by asking the Lord to reveal anything in your heart that needs changing. Make Him first place in your life. Fill your heart with the good treasure of God’s Word so that blessings come out of your mouth. Let the overflow of your heart be filled with faith and expectancy, and you’ll see God’s hand of blessing in every area of your life.

A Prayer for Today

Father in heaven, I humbly come before You and ask that You cleanse my heart and mind of anything that isn’t pleasing to You. Fill me with Your faith, peace, joy, and love so that I can overflow with Your goodness today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen

결국 마음에 가득 찬 것이 입으로 나오는 법이다.

이는 마음에 가득한 것을 입으로 말함이라

여러분은 최근에 당신이 가지지 못한 것을 가지고 싶다고 말한 적이 있습니까? 성경에서 쓰여있기를 당신의 말들은 당신안에서 진행되고 있는 것들을 알려준다고 합니다.

만약 여러분이 패배적이고 다른 사람들을 비판하고, 항상 불평하는 부정적인 말을 할 때, 여러분들은 반드시 여러분의 마음과 지력을 재집중할 필요가 있는 신호입니다. 당신의 차고 넘치는 것이 오염되었다는 것을 알려주는 신호입니다.

우리의 몸은 마치 컴퓨터처럼 많은 것을 할 수 있습니다. 여러분이 당신의 마음이라는 하드디스크를 사용하면, 여러분은 여러분의 입의 모니터를 통해서 보여질 것입니다. 좋은 소식은 여러분이 컴퓨터를 재프로그래밍하는 것과 같이 당신의 마음을 재프로그래밍할 수 있다는 것입니다.

성경에서 쓰여지기를 우리의 마음은 하나님의 말씀에 의해서 다시 새롭게(재프로그래밍) 되었습니다. 우리가 그 말씀을 읽으면 읽을수록 그의 말씀을 공부하면 공부할수록, 여러분은 점점 그 안에서부터 나와 당신이 변화가 진행될 것입니다.

 

오늘 시작하십시요.

변화를 원하는 당신의 마음에 하나님께 먼가를 알려주시기를 간구하십시요. 당신의 삶의 가장 첫번째 장소(또는 가장 처음에)에 그를 두십시요. 하나님의 말씀이라는 좋은 보물로 당신의 마음을 채우세요. 그러면 축복이 당신의 입을 통해서 나올 것입니다.

믿음과 기대감으로 채워지는 여러분의 마음이 차고 넘치게 하십시요. 그러면, 여러분은 여러분의 모든 영역의 삶들안에 축복의 하나님의 손길을 보실 것입니다.

A Prayer for Today

하늘에 계신 아버지, 겸손하게 당신앞에 나옵니다. 하나님을 즐겁지 않는 나의 모든 것을 깨끗케 해주시기를 간구합니다.

하나님의 믿음, 평화, 행복, 사랑이 내안에 채우소서. 그래서, 나는 오늘 하나님의 선하심으로 충만하고 차고 넘칠 것입니다!!!!! 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘

 

 1.heart and mind

heart나 mind나 같은 마음, 감정 이긴 하나

mind는 heart와 대비하여 지성, 지력, 사고방식, 기질, 의도의 의미가 더 부여 되어 있음

 

2. put-down

A put-down is something that you say or do to criticize someone or make them appear foolish.

 

3. go around : 돌아다니다. 나다니다.

go around는 또 다른 의미가 있는데, A go-around is an aborted landing of an aircraft which is on final approach. 라는 의미도 있다.

 

4. overflow

차고 넘침, 충만, 범람,  가득참 (-with) overflow with happiness

 

6. The more ..., the more it will ..

좀 더 .. 하면, 더욱 .. 해질 것이다.

 

7. first place

first place의 의미가 단순히 첫번째 장소라는 직역도 되지만, 문맥상 "가장 처음에" 라는 의미도 되는 것 같다.

실제로 in the first place를 in the beginning 으로 이해하듯이 그렇게 문맥상 번역하는 것도 좋을지~^^
